Alan Kotila has been an appraiser since 1970 and has been a fee appraiser practicing on Vancouver Island since 1978. During his years of private practice, Mr. Kotila has appraised a wide variety of property types. Special areas of interest include islands, park land acquisitions, conservation covenants, capital gains and income tax consultation and appraisals of marine oriented properties on the British Columbia coast. Mr. Kotila is especially interested in appraising property on the Gulf Islands.
