Dave Bornhold graduated from the University of Victoria in 2003 having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. Dave subsequently completed a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia in 2008. Early experience was gained in the public sector working with BC Assessment. He then transitioned into the private sector in 2006 when he joined D.R. Coell and Associates. His experience includes consulting for property development, leasing, and valuation in the public and private sectors for a variety of property types on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.
