Mrs. Humphreys has been active in the appraisal profession since 1974. She has a wide range of experience in various property types and specializes in the residential sector. Her practise involves assignments in Victoria, Vancouver Island and the Southern Gulf Islands for a wide variety of property uses including single and multi-family dwellings, conversions, recreational properties, subdivision development projects and vacant land. Special areas of interest include estate settlement and matrimonial disputes and her construction technology background has proven to be beneficial for proposed construction projects and replacement cost appraisals.
