Mr. Martyn is a Vice-President and Partner of D. R. Coell & Associates Inc. In private practice since 1977, he provides appraisal and consulting services on a wide variety of property types including commercial, industrial, multi-family, institutional and development land. Special areas of practice include rights-of-way, rental valuations, replacement cost insurance, and assessment review. Mr. Martyn is also available as an arbitrator in real property matters.
