Mr. Gordon has been President and Partner of D. R. Coell & Associates Inc. since 1984 and has been associated with the firm since its incorporation in 1974. Having a broad background in both commercial real estate and all forms of land uses ranging from remote rural and forestry holdings to land density transfers, he is both advisor and appraiser to a wide range of clients.
Mr. Gordon has a strong background in core area rental valuations, investment property analysis, and development property consulting. Mr. Gordon is regularly engaged by forest companies, conservation groups and agencies of government relative to the valuation of key land holdings.
