Mr. Balderston has been a real estate appraiser and consultant since 1971. His area of practice concentrates on commercial, industrial, multi-family, institutional, recreational and subdivision development properties. Active throughout Vancouver Island, major projects are also undertaken on the B. C. lower mainland and the Interior. Specialties include mixed use development projects, golf courses, marine facilities, rights-of-way, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and actual cash value and replacement cost appraisals for insurance claims.
