Mr. Hagen is a graduate of Langara College in Vancouver, having received a diploma in the Realty Appraisal program in 1996. Since then, he has been providing appraisal and consulting services on a wide range of property types and is both an advisor and appraiser to numerous clients. His area of practice involves commercial, industrial, multi-family, rights-of-way and subdivision development properties. Matters of special interest include alternative dispute resolution, litigation, highest and best use analysis, and feasibility studies. Mr. Hagen’s previous work experience as a journeyman carpenter has also proven to be beneficial for all matters relating to proposed multi-family developments or subdivision projects, as well as replacement cost appraisals for insurance purposes.
